PILOT PRIZES 4.0 – 2016 (IGAPE). Exp. no. IG223.2016.1.1.1

The File, presented within the Consortium organised by CEAGA (Galician Automotive Manufacturing Cluster Foundation), consists of the implementation of two process parameter digitalisation projects, in order to guarantee quality and optimise production costs.

The performances are:

  1. Digitisation and automation of voltage changes, of the rectifier voltage control system in the electrophoretic painting line
  2. 2. Study and implementation of an energy consumption monitoring system (Gas, electricity and water)

Strategic R&D&i Projects Programme (CDTI): Ref. No.: IDI-20170139

The Project, “M-TECH”, approved within the framework of the “ICO Innovation Technological Fund” financial instrument of CDTI (Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology), which provides funding for its execution, has the main objective of making MARSAN a “prescriber” of integral solutions for the protection of metal parts through organic coatings, developing its own product and process systems in accordance with customer requirements, responding to their specific needs, and also offering manufacturing lines adapted to the particular needs of each one, under a Modular concept System.

The project, which is 6 years long, is developed along the following lines of work:

  1. 1. Study of SPECIFIC NEEDS from each client, their comparative analysis, and the creation of a Library of common solutions to comply with the various Statement of Works, from internally developed processes.
  2. 2. Definition of the PROCESSES required to satisfy these requirements, defining the necessary process stages and parameters in each case.
  3. 3. Design, development and optimisation of a Modular integral pilot system with its different process stages.
